The Brazilian Journal of Veterinary Pathology (BJVP) is an online, open access, international journal created by the Brazilian Association of Veterinary Pathology (ABPV) in 2007. This is a peer-reviewed journal, that publishes original full papers, case reports, short communications, and review articles (by invitation of the editorial board). BJVP offers an important source of scientific information for veterinary pathologists in a broad field of knowledge, including different animal species, field and laboratory diagnostics, and information for research or every day routine.

About ABPV

The Brazilian Associantion of Veterinary Pathology (ABPV, wich stands for “Associação Brasileira de Patologia Veterinária” in Portuguese) is a national nonprofit organization, with headquarters in Botucatu (State of São Paulo, Brazil) at School of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science at UNESP (São Paulo State University). ABPV congregates veterirnay professionals and students working within the field of veterinary pathology. ABPV organizes and promotes scientific and academic meetings, seminars, courses, aiming technical and scientific advancement of the veterinary pathology in Brazil and South America.
